Good afternoon folks, Big Bo here with another great back row bargain travel trailer value from Parkway RV Center. Got a blast from the past here today a nice retro camper that is about a solid shape as you could ever ask one to be this age. This is a 1996 Gulfstream Innsbruck it's the 33 FRKD model number it is a 33 and a half foot long camper including the tongue with a slide out excellent condition $59.
95 guys wow a lot of camper for the money right here and we just put brand new carpet in it which people think you're crazy for do a dealer's crazy for doing that on a 24 year old camper but guys we're doing to be a little crazy around here and we it's a nice camper you know we all here have a soft spot including myself for retro RVs so we kind of give it the extra treatment when other dealers just just put them out there as is and let them go without without trying to make them at least look nice and this is a 33 and a half footer weighs about 78 hundred and eighty pounds dry weight got a big deep 36 inch deep slide out solid I mean I can't find any signs of leak damage in it the floor solid wall ceiling you know the outside is typical age and the patina of a 24 year old camper but the striping and finish actually looks pretty good got 30 amp electrical service corners aren't beat up got stabilizer jacks I'm not gonna try to squeeze through there and guys uh you know if you're looking for something inexpensive on a budget something to use for temporary or permanent housing or just so just want a camper to use that's not going to break the bank here you go got a big full-length awning got two entry doors I mean this is pop-up used pop-up price range right here guys for a thirty three and a half foot trailer will slide in great shape even got the wind in the back how often do you see that anymore let's look inside all righty brand new carpet now guys this is one thing I do hate about leaving these things open for everybody to look through brand new carpet in here what does somebody inconsiderate person do they walk through here with greasy with grease on their feet and put grease stains on this brand new carpet which I'm gonna get my cleaning crew in here see if they can shampoo that off for you the best I can so but just besides those few spots I mean it is brand new carpet no smoke no pad odors got a huge front kitchen area which is great got plenty of food prep area plenty of extra storage and cabinets again great live-in unit and just probably one of the nicest 96 models you're going to find anywhere it's got a stove top and oven three burner it's about the year they started going to a big microwave about six cubic foot RV refrigerator freezer nice and open sleeper sofa makes a bed table booth makes a bay look at those ceiling panels guys those are original got the original batten strips that match and no soft spots that I can find it's definitely got that mid 90s decor and in Kaz is funny but this this this camper came out the year that I got started in the RV industry so man it's amazing how long ago you don't seem like it but how long ago 1996 really was when you look at it we'll close it right here got a big step through bathroom again original linoleum solid as they come this is a huh I'm gonna tell you guys that tub I know it's yellowed with age like all these old plastics do but man guys I mean how can you complain for $59.
95 look at this look at the walls in there that's original wall board everything in here is original as far as I can tell big closet right here got a queen island bed in here rear bedroom again those soft spots no wrinkled wall panels hmm Wow closet over there in the corner now guys this looks like the original mattress still in fairly good shape you know if you ever wanted me to if you ever wanted to upgrade your mattress let your salesperson know we'll get you a quote if you want a new mattress installed I can get them within a few days you know a lot cheaper than order them through a catalog or going through an RV parts store let me tell you that place here in Chattanooga custom makes them for me and has them usually ready in a couple days so in fact one in my RVs both of mine have brand new ones from them and in my own home have brand new ones from them so you need a price on one let us know we'll be happy to get you a quote you know if you're buying a camper from us but guys $59.
95 as is of course like all of our back row bargains what we do anything in this price range I like it right there a little window right there well anything in this price range what we do guys if you'll let us know you're coming to look at this particular one we'll hook power to it or hook a generator to it let you do your own inspection turn on everything you want to turn on and see what works and what doesn't before we decide to buy it or not of course as is we're not gonna fix anything at that price guys I mean we already spent a few hundred dollars putting carpet in here that's one thing you don't have to do and as nice as this camper is I don't think it's going to be an issue as far as anything major not working but like I said be your own judge come look at it with power on to it I just got it on jump box right now turn everything on and then decide if you want to buy it or not you know let us know you're coming we'll try to run a generator down here or if you just want to browse and look we've got a real good selection of back row bargains I've got quite a few units in this price range and so if you come down here pick the one you want out we'll get one of my guys down here with a generator plug it into power let's turn the air on the fridge on all that good stuff and and at least check out the major stuff stuff that would cost you the most money if it didn't work now guys you know you may have to replace a light bulb here and there in this one you may have to replace a light switch but you know that's the best way to buy one you know that way you know what you're getting into before you buy it and you know if you can't buy one that way hey I understand there's there's two types of buyers the ones that no other way around the toolbox that can fix little things to save the kind of money you're saving buying this one or you can spend a few thousand dollars more and get and buy one that's newer that includes a full checkout from my regular inventory you know these down here are specially are specially priced for as is only you know if you want to pay me two or three grand extra we might do a full check but there's a certain price range that we cut off the full checkouts at because it doesn't make sense to pull up my guys are stretched pretty thin right now and it doesn't make sense to pull them off of a and I'm not saying you're any less important but money wise it doesn't make any sense pull them off like a 50 60 thousand dollar motor home to work on a six thousand dollar camper so we price them as is we price them cheap we pricing for pretty much just a little more than we got in them and let them go haggle free 59.
95 come look at it spend some time in it there's no smoke no pet odors in here this is about a nice of a campers I've seen for 59. 95 in a long time and I've got some stuff for 6,500 69. 95 I've got stuff for 89.

95 camp now if you don't have that kind of cash and you want to buy this camper here's my suggestion and this is what I do when I'm looking at something five six seven eight grand that I don't want to spend my money on you know I just want to finance it go to your bank credit union or finance company talk to them about getting a signature or what they call a personal loan now will you pay a little bit more in interest yes but you're only talking six thousand dollars you're not talking about you know sixty thousand dollars a few percentage higher on the APR is not going to affect your payment more than five or six bucks a month so it's not enough to argue about but you save that because you don't have to carry full coverage insurance on the collateral since you're doing an unsecured loan so guys keep that in mind it's just a suggestion you know you know I my bank I can call them up and have up to ten thousand dollars in a personal loan ready for me in 30 minutes I just come in sign get the get the get the check but everybody's got different makes different relationships and different credit ratings so you know but guys six thousand dollars is not much for somebody to borrow on a personal loan trust me especially if you've got a good long established relationship with your bank now fortunately we go through nationwide lenders for RV financing and you cannot get them to touch anything under about a 2001 model 2000 model for financing no matter how good your credit is I'm sorry so you know this deal is a cash deal or trade deal or a combination deal only no financing is available of course should have to say this but we don't do buy here pay here guys I don't know of any dealer that does but anyway if you got any questions about it give us a call if you need delivery we have delivery service available no extra fees is 59.
